Reports for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2025 (April 2025 to June 2025). The Division of
Environmental Response and Remediation (DERR) will forward a similar summary at the end of
each quarter to help you ensure that you meet the UST contract requirements for the year. The
summary also includes other information pertinent to the UST program.

Notes on summary statistics: installation inspections often involve more than one visit by the inspector, and the visits may be several
weeks apart. Total inspection visits are adjusted so all visits for an installation at a facility count as one inspection only, generally
during the month of the first visit. For later visits, the hours are counted, but they do not count as separate inspections. When
responding to calls about possible unknown tanks, count time under "Investigations" if no regulated tanks are found during the course
of the investigation; count time under "Non-notifiers" if any regulated tanks are found.
UST Information Update:

1. With the end of fiscal year 2025 we have reached the end of the PST program
contract. Once again, we want to extend our gratitude as a section to all of the health
departments that we have worked with. We hope as we continue our work that you
will let us know if any tank issues need to be addressed by us. We appreciate the
work you have done over the years and we want you to know we hope to continue
the relationships and the cooperation we have had in protecting our environment.
