DESCRIPTION OF PERMIT MODIFICATION
This modification is in response to a letter from Springdale (DWQ-2024-007666), received on October3, 2024, requesting anextension of the compliance schedule for Lagoon upgrades and
total suspended solids (TSS) and biochemical oxygen demand (BOD) interim permit limitations. The Division of Water Quality approves this request. The below compliance schedule andinterim
permit limits are also reflected in Part I.C.3aof Utah Pollutant Discharge Elimination system (UPDES) Permit No. UT0025224. Any violation of the Compliance Schedule is a violation of
the UPDES permit.
