implementing the Program. These changes are considered a substantial modification of the Program implemented by ProvoCity. DWQ reviewed the changes and found that the changes met the
requirements of R317-8-8 and 40 CFR 403. Once the public notice period and comment process are completed, DWQ intends to formally approve the modifications for implementation by ProvoCity.

the Publicly Owned Treatment Works (POTW), owned and operated by Provo City. PUBLIC COMMENTSPublic comments are invited before the close of business onJune 10, 2024. Written public

[e-mail].A public hearing can be requested, although it must be filed during the comment period, ending on June 10, 2024. A request for a public hearing must be filed per
40 CFR 403.11. After considering public comments, the DWQ Director may approve, revise or abandon the revisions to the ordinance. The director will not publish a notice of decision provided
the ordinancewill be approved without any changes, and no comments are received during the public comment period.
