DESCRIPTION OF FACILITY
The Pitman Family Farms, Inc. (Pitman) Moroni Wastewater Treatment Plant (Facility) current UPDES Permit No. UT0020222 was issued on October 16, 2023. The permit has been modified to
remove the Maximum Weekly Average Dissolved Oxygen(DO) effluent limitation.
The modification is reflected below, in Part I.C.2.a. of the permit, and in the Fact Sheet Statement of Basis (FSSOB).
