HomeMy WebLinkAboutDWQ-2024-001052UTAH DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY DIVISION OF WATER QUALITY PUBLIC NOTICE OF THE DRAFT 2024 INTEGRATED REPORT PURPOSE OF PUBLIC NOTICE The Utah Department of Environmental Quality,Division of Water Quality (DWQ)is pleased to announce the Draft 2024 Integrated Report on the conditions of Utah’s waters of the state (e.g., rivers,streams,lakes and reservoirs)is open for public comment.Under the Clean Water Act, DWQ compiles all existing and readily available data every two years and assesses the quality of the surface waters to identify waterbodies that are not meeting water quality standards.These standards support the designated beneficial uses that protect water quality for drinking water, recreation,aquatic life,agriculture and Great Salt Lake.
