SAID “PERMIT” REFERS TO THE UPDES PERMIT AND THE FACT SHEET STATEMENT OF BASIS (INCLUDING TOTAL MAXIMUM DAILY LOADS (TMDL’S)) IF APPLICABLE, AS PER SECTION 303(D) OF THE FEDERAL CLEAN WATER ACT (CWA)]. The facility serves the City of Coalville with the outfall located at latitude 40°55'13" and longitude 111°24'09". The facility has a maximum monthly design flow of0.58 MGD with an average daily flow rate of0.32 MGD. The facility consists of screening and grit removal, two parallel Modified Luzack-Ettinger (MLE) process trains, two secondary clarifiers and UV disinfection prior to discharge to an unnamed tributary to Chalk Creek in the Upper Weber River watershed. Biosolids are hauled to an off-site facility located at the Three Mile Canyon Landfill. PUBLIC COMMENTSDuring the public comment period provided under Utah Administrative Code (UAC) R317-8-6.5, any interested person may submit written comments on the draft permit and may request a public hearing if no hearing has already been scheduled. A request for a public hearing shall be in writing and shall state the nature of the issues proposed to be raised in the hearing. All comments will be considered in making the final decision and shall be answered as provided in UAC R317-8-6.12. Public comments are invited any time prior to the deadline of the close of business on MONTHXX, 202X.
