NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT ON THE TEMPORARY PERMIT FOR WOLVERINE GAS AND OIL COMPANY OF UTAH, LLC, CENTRAL FACILITY - SIGURD
The Director of the Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control is considering approval of one application to operate oil and gas exploration, development, and production (E&P)
solid waste management facilities under the provisions for temporary permits in accordance with Utah Administrative Code Subsections R315-321-4(8) and R315-322-3(2)(a). Wolverine Gas
and Oil Company of Utah, LLC, Central Facility - Sigurd is located in Sevier County.
A 45-day public comment period to receive comments on the draft temporary permits will commence on [Comment period start date] and end at 5:00 p.m. on [Comment period end date].
