The following E&P solid waste management facilities are included in this notice: Brennan Bottom Disposal LLC –Brennan Bottom Disposal 12-Mile Facility; Brennan Bottom Disposal LLC – Brennan Bottom Disposal Glen Bench Facility; Dalbo Inc. – Ace Waste Management Facility; Dalbo Inc. – Glen Bench South Waste Management Facility; Integrated Water Management LLC – Integrated Water Management North Blue Bench; Monarch Midstream LLC – Eight Mile Flat Evaporation Facility; R.N. Industries Inc. – Bluebell Waste Management Facility; R.N. Industries Inc. – Chapita Waste Management Facility; R.N. Industries Inc. – Glen Bench North Waste Management Facility; R.N. Industries Inc. – Glen Bench North Waste Management Facility; and R.N. Industries Inc. – Wonsit Waste Management Facility. A 45-day public comment period to receive comments on the draft temporary permits will commence on [Comment period start date] and end at 5:00 p.m. on [Comment period end date]. Under Utah Code Section 19-1-301.5 a person who wishes to challenge a Permit Order may only raise an issue or argument during an adjudicatory proceeding that was raised during the public comment period and was supported with sufficient information or documentation to enable the director to fully consider the substance and significance of the issue.
