DIVISION OF WASTE MANAGEMENT AND RADIATION CONTROL
NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT FOR CONTRACT ENVIRONENTAL SERVICES, INC.
The Director of the Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control is considering approval of one application to operate oil and gas exploration, development, and production (E&P)
solid waste management facilities under the provisions for temporary permits in accordance with Utah Administrative Code Subsections R315-321-4(8) and R315-322-3(2)(a). Contract Environmental
Services, Inc. is located in San Juan County.
A 45-day public comment period to receive comments on the draft temporary permits will commence on [Comment period start date] and end at 5:00 p.m. on [Comment period end date].
