The Director of the Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control is proposing toenter into Stipulation and Consent Order (SCO) No. 2404082 with Aspen Press Company, LC DBA Aspen
Press and Packing to resolve Notice of Violation and Compliance Order (NOV/CO) No. 2209111 issued on December 20, 2022.
A 30-day public comment period to receive comments on the proposed SCO will commence on [Comment period start date] and end at 5:00 p.m. on [Comment period end date].

comment period and was supported with sufficient information or documentation to enable the director to fully consider the substance and significance of the issue.
