Proposed Stipulation and Consent Order No. 2402031 with Matt Oviatt Regarding the Former Crown Plating Facility

The Division Waste Management and Radiation Control (Division) is proposing to enter into Stipulation
and Consent Order (SCO) No. 2402031 with Matt Oviatt, Owner of the Former Crown Plating Facility.
A 30-day public comment period to receive comments on the proposed SCO will commence on [Comment period start date] and end at 5 p.m. on [Comment period end date].
