Reporting
Used oil transporters, transfer facilities, processors or
re/refiners, and o-specification fuel burners shall report
annually by March 1 to the Director.
Report activities during the
calendar year.

1)the EPA identification number, name, and address of the processor/re-
refiner facility;
2)the calendar year covered by the report;
3)the quantities of used oil accepted for processing/re-refining and the
manner in which the used oil is processed/re-refined, including the
specific processes employed;
4)the average daily quantities of used oil processed at the beginning and
end of the reporting period;

5)an itemization of the total amounts of used oil processed or re-refined
during the reporting period year specifying the type and amounts of
products produced, i.e., lubricating oil, fuel oil, etc.; and

and for other uses, specifying each type of use, the amounts of used oil
consumed or used in the process of preparing used oil for reuse,

for disposal.

The owner or operator shall update the cleanup and closure
cost estimate to adjust for inflation and include the updated
estimate in the permied facility’s annual report due by March
1st of each year.

implicit price deflator ratio of the current calendar year to
the past calendar year as published by the federal
government Bureau of Economic Analysis; or

recalculation of the cleanup and closure plan costs to
account for all changes in scope and nature of the facility
or facilities, in current dollars.
