Any duly authorized employee of the Director,
may, at any reasonable time and upon
presentation of credentials, have access to and
the right to copy any records relating to used oil,
and inspect, audit, or sample.
The employee may also make record of the
inspection by photographic, electronic, audio,
video, or any other reasonable means.
