Approval from the Board to proceed with formal rulemaking and public comment on proposed changes to R313-15, R313-22, R313-32, and R313-37, to incorporate federal regulatory changes
made by the NRC to the federal radioactive materials regulations in 2021 (86 FR 43397, 47209, and 67839) and 2022 (87 FR 20693 and 68028). The changes are necessary to maintain regulatory
compatibility with the NRC as required because Utah is an Agreement State with the NRC(Board Action Item).
