Overview.The proposed draft rules are a
culmination of eort from
multiple stakeholder meetings
and regulatory coordination.
The Division of Waste Management and
Radiation Control will begin oversight of
Oil and Gas Exploration and Production
(E&P) Waste generated in Utah.
Eorts continue through the
Draft Rule process to ensure
balanced regulation.
