Utah Division of Air Quality Attachment C: Hazardous Air Pollutant List Below is a list of the 187 hazardous air pollutants (HAPs) that are regulated by the Clean Air Act Amendments (CAA) of 1990. Please indicate which pollutants are emitted by your business by checking the appropriate box(es) below.
