Re: White Mesa Mill MW-24A Phase 2 Plan -Notice of Bottle Roll Testing Set Up

Energy Fuels Resources (USA) Inc. ("EFRI") provided a Plan for the MW-24A, Phase 2 Study, to the Division
of Waste Management and Radiation Control ("DWMRC") on March 30, 2022. DWMRC approved the Phase 2
Study by letter dated June 16, 2022. Pursuant to the Phase 2 Study, EFRI is providing this letter to notify the
DWMRC of the set up of the bottle roll testing specified in the Phase 2 Plan. The set up of the bottles, sample
labeling, bottle filling and other associated activities are planned to be conducted on Wednesday May 17, 2023.
