Permit/AO#: DAQE-AN102640004-07, dated January 5, 2007 Action Code: TR Subject: Review of stack test report received January 9, 2024 On January 9, 2024, Utah Division of Air Quality (DAQ) received a test report for a Solar Saturn 20 Unit ID: T2 at Moab Pump Station in Grand County, Utah. Testing was performed on November 14, 2023, to demonstrate compliance with the emission limits found in Conditions 10 and 11 of the Approval Order DAQE-AN102640004-07, dated January 5, 2007, and the emission limits found in 40 CFR 60 subpart KKKK. CONCLUSION: The stack test report for the Solar Saturn 20 Unit ID: T2 appears to be acceptable. RECOMMENDATION: The emissions from the Solar Saturn 20 Unit ID: T2 should be considered to have been in compliance with the emission limits found in the AO and in 40 CFR 60 subpart KKKK during the stack test.
