Commons, LLC (“Owner”), as transferee of Wright Development Group, Inc., under the Environmental
Covenant, transferred its interests in the Parcel to IDG – Ogden, LLC, a Delaware limited liability
company (“Transferee”), whose contact information is PO Box 171139, Salt Lake City, UT 84108,
Email: [e-mail]. Attached are (i) a copy of the Special Warranty Deed whereby Owner
transferred the Parcel to Transferee, and (ii) a plat that shows the boundaries of the property that was
