This Notice is being sent to you as required under Section 10 of the Environmental Covenant. Ogden
Commons, LLC ("Owner"), as transferee of Wright Development Group, Inc., under the Environmental
covenant, transferred its interests in the Parcel to csIM oGDEN COMMONS OWNER LLC, a
Delaware limited liability company ("Transferee"), whose contact information is c/o CenterSquare
Investment Management LLC, 630 W Germantown Pike, Suite 300, Plymouth Meeting, PA19462,
Attention: Robert J. Holuba;telephone 610-834-9500, which address will change onAugust 1,2024to
Eight Tower Bridge, 1 6 1 Washington Street, Conshohocken, Pennsylv arua 19428 . Attached are (i) a copy
of the Special Warranty Deed whereby Owner transferred the Parcel to Transferee, and (ii) a plat that
shows the boundaries of the property that was transferred. If you have any questions, please call
