Report for period Beginning January 1,2023 and ending December 31,2023 (Title
V Permit #1500101004)
Dear Mr. Bryce Bird:
Pursuant to Conditions II.B.2.k and II.B.3.i of the above referenced Title V Permit and in
accordance with State Rule R307-424-4,this Mercury Emission Rate Compliance Report is
hereby submitted by the Hunter Power Plant. This report covers the period from January I,2023
through December 31,2023. All affected units were in compliance with the 6.5x10-7 lbs/MMBtu
limits established. Please refer to the enclosed summary of mercury emissions.
I am authoizedto make this submission on behalf of the owners and operators of the affected
source or affected units for which the submission is made. I certifu under penalty of law that I
have personally examined, and am familiar with, the statements and information submitted in
this document and all its attachments. Based on my inquiry of those individuals with primary
responsibility for obtaining the information, I certifu that the statements and information are to
the best of my knowledge and belief true, accurate, and complete. I am aware that there are
