(Title V Permit #1s00101004) Dear Mr. Bryce Bird: Pursuant to the record submittal requirements in 40 CFR Subpart 52.21(agQQ and conditions outlined in Title V Operating Pennit 1500101004, this Regional Haze, State Implementation Plan semi-annual report is hereby submitted by the Hunter Power Plant. This report covers the period from July I , 2023 thru Decemb er 3l , 2023 . During this time period, the Hunter Plant has been in compliance with the annual NOx emissions limits of I1,041 tons/year on a l2 month rolling total from all point and fugitive emission sources. 40 CFR Suboart 52.21(aaX14) Semi-annual report: (a) PacifiCorp, Hunter Power Plant, Title V Permit No. 150101004 (b) See enclosed sheet entitled "PaciJiCorp - Hunter Power Plant - RH SIP 12 Month Rolling Total Emissions - Tons Per Year" (c) All data used to calculate the monthly NOx emission totals are at the facility and available for review. NOx twelve month rolling total emissions were calculated using: o Units 1,2,& 3 mainboilerstacks-January 1,2023 thruDecember3l,2023.NOxtonsper month values are the values reported to the EPA's Acid Rain Emissions database (permit condition II.B. 1.g. l(a). o Units 1,2, & 3 emergency diesel-fired generators and the I and 2 emergency fre pump engine emissions were calculated by multiplying the appropriate NOx emission factors from EPA's AP -42 and logged hours of operation (permit condition II.B. I .g. I (b). (d) No emission units (that would affect the RH SIP) were added or modified during the reporting period. (e) See enclosed sheet entitled "PacifiCorp - Hunter Plant CEMS devistions and malfunctions". The monitor deviations or malfunctions (excluding time associated with zero and span calibration checks) are listed. Consequently, there were infrequent NOx emission data that were required to be substituted in accordance with 40 CFR Part 75 requirements.
