Kinder Morgan Altamont LLC respectfully submits the attached Semiannual Monitoring Report
for the reporting period from July L,2023 through December 3L,2023 as required by Condition
l.S.2.a of Title V Operating Permit No. 1300041005 for the Altamont South Compressor Station.
There were no deviations from the facility Title V Operating Permit conditions during this six-
month reporting period as noted in the attached report.
