I am writing to formally notify the DEQ, Drinking Water, of our decision to cease
operations of the public water system serving Lila Canyon Mine, UTAH08048, effective
immediately. This decision is necessitated by the recent shutdown of the Lila Canyon Mine in
January of 2024, which has rendered our water system no longer in use.
