FINDING OF NO SIGNIFICANT IMPACTTO ALL INTERESTED GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES AND PUBLIC GROUPS:As required by guidelines for the preparation of environmental impact statements, an environmental
review has been performed on the proposed project below:Project:Brian Head – 2024 Infrastructure ProjectLocation:Brian Head, UtahProject Number:Total Project Cost:$1,687,838The proposed
wastewater collection system will be designed for a population of 216 people for the year 2025; the existing population of the study area is estimated to be 42 people. The proposed
project is to extend collection systems into annexed areas of the town This project is taking place where roadways already exist. These roadways have already changed the environmental
aspect of the area. Therefore, the installation of the collection system should not affect the current ecosystem of the environment. A letter was sent to applicable environmental agencies
to comment on any environmental concerns they may have.The review process did not indicate significant environmental impacts would result from the proposed action. Consequently, a preliminary
decision not to prepare an EIS has been made. This action is taken on the basis of a careful review of the engineering report, environmental information document, and other supporting
data which are on file and available for public scrutiny at the Utah Division of Water Quality.Comments supporting or disagreeing with this decision may be submitted for consideration
by the Division of Water Quality. After evaluating the comments received, the Division will make a final decision. However, no administrative action will be taken on the project for
