The Plan of Operation (Plan) appears to be complete. However, complete does not imply or mean that the Plan is already approved. The Division will continue and finish its review of the Plan according transfer station requirements. If the Division inquires or requires additional information during its review of this Plan, you will be contacted. Following our review and after all parts of the Plan are determined acceptable, a required 45-day public notice and comment period will commence, during which time a public hearing may be scheduled. At the end of the public notice and comment period, any comments received will be reviewed and addressed. After completion of this, and if no issues preventing the approval of the Plan have been found, approval of the Plan will be issued to Dry Creek Transfer Station.
