Box 144830 Salt Lake City Utah Subject: Quarterly Arsenic Monitoring for 1st Quarter 2024 Dear David: This report contains the results of our Arsenic Monitoring Program for the 1st quarter of 2024. Samples were collected from 3 site in Skyline North/South water system 01033, 1 site from the Skyline West water system 01034, 1 site from the Blue Mountain North water system 01036, and 1 site in Blue Mountain South water system 11066. The analytical laboratory results and a summary of the arsenic field-testing data should have been sent to you from Chem-Tech Ford Laboratories. All bacteriological sample results were absent from bacteria during this sampling period except for site 42108O in water system 11066 on 1/16/2024. This sample was TC+ EC-. We re-sampled original site, upstream, downstream, and all triggered sources on 1/18/2024 and the results came back TC- EC-. We completed a site investigation and found a sampling error at that location was likely the cause of the TC+. All bacteriological sample results were absent from bacteria during this sampling period. The sampling results indicate that the point-of-use devices (RO units) are performing as designed and keeping the arsenic levels in compliance. It may be of interest to DDW these RO units are on a routine maintenance schedule with our vendor and as needed throughout the year.
