Dear Mr. Bird:
ln accordance with the Approval Order dated January 11,2018 (DAQE-AN103350075-18),
condition ll.B.1.c, Tesoro is submitting a projection of planned and required process shutdowns
for 2024.
The Sulfur Recovery Unit, Tail Gas Unit, East Cogen, and West Cogen will be shut down for
approximately one week for maintenance work.
The Alkylation Unit, Fluidized Catalytic Cracking Unit, Flare Gas Recovery Unit, and
Volatiles Recovery Unit will be shut down for approximately three weeks for maintenance
work.
The Crude Unit, Distillate Desulfurization Unit, Ultraformer Unit, Polymerization Unit,
Gasoline Hydrotreating Unit, Benzene Saturation Unit, and South Flare will be shut down for
approximately six weeks for maintenance work.
