On March 27, 2024, the Annual Safety and Environmental Review Panel (SERP) report for 2023 was
reviewed by Ryan Johnson of the Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control. The report dated
March 26, 2024, documented that a SERP committee meeting was not held in 2023. Energy Fuels Resources
(USA) Inc. has met the requirement for RML License Condition 9.4. No further review is required.
