The review was based on compliance with the following: • Stipulation and Consent Order Docket No. UGW12-04 (SCO) for Energy Fuels Resources (USA) Inc., signed December 12, 2012. • HYDRO GEO CHEM, INC., Corrective Action Plan for Nitrate White Mesa Uranium Mill near Blanding Utah (CAP), May 7, 2012. • Revised Phase III Nitrate Corrective Action Planning Document and Recommended Phase III Corrective Action, White Mesa Uranium Mill Near Blanding, Utah. (Phase III), December 13, 2018. The Division’s review concluded that the Report appeared to be in compliance with the SCO, CAP, and Phase III. This letter constitutes a closeout of the June 21, 2023 Nitrate Corrective Action Comprehensive Monitoring Evaluation Report.
