Dear Ms. Weinel: The Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control (Division) has completed its review of the August 8, 2023, 2nd Quarter, 2023 Chloroform Monitoring Report.
The review was based on compliance with the following: 1. Energy Fuels Resources (USA), Inc. Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) June 5, 2019 (Revision. 7.6) 2. Groundwater Discharge Permit No. UGW370004 (Permit). Permit version that was signed on
March 19, 2019. 3. White Mesa Uranium Mill Groundwater Corrective Action Plan (GCAP) Revision 0, dated September 14, 2015.
The Division review concluded that the Report appeared to be in compliance with the QAP, Permit, and GCAP. This letter constitutes a closeout of the August 8, 2023, 2nd Quarter, 2023 Chloroform Monitoring Report.
