The Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control (Division) has completed the review of the
March 30, 2022 Chloroform Corrective Action Comprehensive Monitoring Evaluation (CACME) Report (Report). The review was based on compliance with the following:

1. Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control, Stipulation and Consent Order (SCO) Docket No. UGW20-01. 2. White Mesa Uranium Mill Groundwater Corrective Action Plan (GCAP) Revision 0,
dated September 14, 2015.
The Division review concluded that the Report appeared to be in compliance with the SCO and the GCAP. This letter constitutes a closeout of the March 30, 2022 CACME Report.
The following modifications need to be made to GCAP Part I.B Table 1A to add or change compliance
