The review was based on compliance with the following: 1. The EFRI Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) June 5, 2019 (Revision. 7.5) 2. Groundwater Discharge Permit No. UGW370004 (Permit). Permit version that was signed on March 19, 2019. 3. White Mesa Uranium Mill Groundwater Corrective Action Plan (GCAP) Revision 0, dated September 14, 2015. The Division review concluded that the Report appeared to be in compliance with the Permit, QAP, and GCAP. This letter constitutes a closeout of the February 20, 2023, 4th Quarter, 2022 Chloroform Monitoring Report. If you have any questions, please contact Dean Henderson at 385-499-4443.
