On April 13, 2023, the Annual Safety and Environmental Review Panel (SERP) reports for the year 2022
were reviewed by Ryan Johnson of the Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control (Division).
The report was reviewed to determine compliance with the requirements of License Condition 9.4 of your
facility’s Radioactive Material License Number UT 1900479. Division staff determined that the
requirements were met.

The Division considers this inspection closed.
