("EFRI's") electronic submittal of the annual video logs of the leak detection systems ("LDSs") for disposal Cells 1, 2, and 3 pursuant to RML, Part 11.3.A which states: The licensee shall maintain all leak detection system piping, including any access pipes, open, fully functional and free of soil, debris or detritus. All access pipes shall be capped to prevent inflow of rainwater, soil, debris or detritus when not in use for monitoring or pumping. The licensee shall conduct annual video logs of all access pipes to demonstrate the physical condition of the system. In the event that the licensee determines any access pipe is blocked, partially blocked or otherwise not fully functional, the licensee shall: 1) remove all blockages within 14 calendar days of discovery, and 2) submit a written report for Director approval within 30 calendar days of discovery. The video logs of the LDSs for disposal Cells 1, 2, and 3 were conducted September 29, 2022. The results of the September 29, 2022, video logs show that the LDSs are fully functional and no additional actions are required.
