Re: Notification for Reinstallation of Monitoring Well MW-41, White Mesa Uranium Mill
Dear Mr. Hansen:
Pursuant to the Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control ("DWMRC") approval letter dated September 23, 2022, for the Energy Fuels Resources (USA) Inc ("EFRI) proposal for the reinstallation of MW-41, EFRI is providing the DWMRC with at least fourteen days notice for the start of field activities associated
with the reinstallation. EFRI plans to begin field activities on October 18, 2022 with the removal of the existing
casing in MW-41 either by pulling or drilling. Reinstallation of the casing is planned to start October 21, 2022.
