On August 19, 2022, the Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control (Division) received the
Semi-Annual Effluent Monitoring Report for Period January 1 through June 30, 2022. This report details the
monitoring efforts to detect releases of radioactive contamination from the White Mesa Uranium Mill
through all effluent streams, except groundwater.

The Division has completed its review of the report and hereby accepts the presented information. The
review is now closed.
