Re: Notification for Installation of Monitoring Well MW-41, White Mesa Uranium Mill
Dear Mr. Hansen:
Pursuant to the Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control ("DWMRC") approval letter, dated June
16,2022, for the MW-24A Phase 2 Study Plan (the "Phase 2 Study Plan"), Energy Fuels Resources (USA) Inc.
("EFRI") is providing the DWMRC with at least fourteen days notice for drilling activities associated with the
above referenced Phase 2 Study Plan. As detailed in the Phase 2 Study Plan, drilling will include the
installation of monitoring well MW-41 and the drilling and abandonment of six borings. EFRI plans to begin
field activities the week of July 20,2022.
Drilling activities will be completed in accordance with the GWDP and the applicable Utah Department of
Natural Resources, Division of Water Rights regulations.
