The Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control (Division) has completed its review of the
2022 Biennial Land Use Survey (Survey) for Energy Fuels Resources (USA) Inc. White Mesa Uranium
Mill. The survey was dated June 23, 2022 and received by the Division on June 27, 2022. The survey
was submitted to comply with Radioactive Materials License No. UT1900479, Amendment 10, License
Condition 12.3. The 2022 Survey complies with the license and the review is closed.
