Conditional Approval
Dear Ms. Weinel: The Utah Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control (Division) has completed the review of
the May 18, 2022, update of weekly and monthly inspection forms for the chloroform and nitrate
pumping systems at the White Mesa Mill. Based on the Division review, the “Weekly Inspection form” is approved. The “Monthly Depth Check Form” is conditionally approved by changing the well identified as TW4-15 to MW-26 and changing the
well identified as TW4-17 to MW-32.
