(Graymont) is submitting the Semiannual Compliance Report for Graymont's Cricket Mountain Plant. This report satisfies the Semiannual Monitoring reporting requirements since all required information for the Monitoring report is included in this report, as stated in section II.8.1.i.3 of our Title V permit. This report covers the reporting period from July 1 ,2023, through December 31,2023. Please note that upon discovery, prompt actions were taken to resolve the malfunction, deviations, and excursions described below. Periodic Startup. Shutdown. and Malfunction Reports [a0 CFR Part 63.7131(c)(4)I During the reporting period, the Cricket Mountain Plant experienced 0 startups or shutdowns that resulted in the exceedance of an applicable emission limit and 0 malfunctions that resulted in the exceedance of an applicable emission limit. The information required by 40 CFR Part 63.10(dx5)(i), Periodic Startup, Shutdown, and Malfunction Reports, is contained in Attachments 1 and 3. Deviations from Emission and Operatinq Limitations [40 CFR Part 63.7131(c)(5)] [40 CFR Part 63.6650] During the reporting period, 0 deviations from one or more emission limitations occurred. Excursions from lndicators for D-7122 Baqhouse [40 CFR Part 64.9(aX2)(i)] During the reporting period, 2 excursions from one or more of the lndicator Ranges occurred. During the reporting period, there were 2 periods of malfunction for the D- 7122 baghouse.
