Effrciency testing was conducted in accordance with the protocol submitted to the State on January 4,2024, and as described in Silver Eagle Refining's Approval Order DAQE-ANI01240030-16 (dated Nov. 9, 2016), Condition II.B.4. The Sulfur removal efficiency was99.92%o. This is above the requiredgs% removal efficiency. The attached test results were collected February l9 through February 21,2024.
