Enclosed are the February 2024 effrciency test results for Silver Eagle Refining-Woods Cross
Inc.'s NASH Sulfur Recovery Unit. Effrciency testing was conducted in accordance with the
protocol submitted to the State on January 4,2024, and as described in Silver Eagle Refining's
Approval Order DAQE-ANI01240030-16 (dated Nov. 9, 2016), Condition II.B.4. The Sulfur
removal efficiency was99.92%o. This is above the requiredgs% removal efficiency.
The attached test results were collected February l9 through February 21,2024.
