On March 6, 2019, an inspection was conducted of effluent monitoring for the White Mesa Mill facility owned by EFR near Blanding, Utah by Russ Topham, a representative of the Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control.
The inspection was an examination of the reports submitted to the Division for the period July 1 2018 through December 31, 2018. The inspection focused on compliance with relevant Utah Radiation Control Rules and the conditions of the license. Based on the findings documented during the inspection, the items reviewed were found to be in compliance
