Pursuant to the RML, Energy Fuels Resources (USA) Inc. (EFR) submitted to the Utah Division of Waste
Management and Radiation Control (DWMRC) the annual surety estimate on March 1,2019. The DWMRC
has reviewed the submittal and approves the surety amount of$20,f76,004. This is an increase of$416,044
from the currenrly funded $19,759,960. The Division will hold this review open pending receipt ofthe
revised surety instrument in the newly approved funding amount'
Please amend the surety instrument and trust account in favor ofTy L. Howard, Director ofthe Division of
Waste Management and Radiation Control. Please submit the revised documents within 60 days of the date
ofthis letter.
