Cell 4A and Cell 4B BAT Performance Standards Monitoring Report Groundwater Discharge Permit (GWDP) UGW370004 Dear Ms. Weinel:
The Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control has completed its review of the 2nd Quarter 2018 DMT Performance Standards Monitoring Report and Cell 4A and Cell 4B BAT Performance Standards Monitoring Report. The review was an examination of the activities and conditions reported at the Mill as they relate to
compliance with Utah’s Radiation Control Rules and the conditions of the referenced permit. The review consisted of examinations of the report to ascertain whether all pertinent reporting requirements of the Permit were met, whether the monitoring performed revealed necessary corrective measures and whether any such measures were taken.
