Re: Transmittal of As-Built Report for the Phase 1 Cover Construction
Dear Mr. Anderson:
In accordance with the Stipulation and Consent Agreement (“SCA” dated February 23, 2017) between the
Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control (“DWMRC”) and Energy Fuels Resource (USA) Inc.
(“EFRI”), Phase 1 reclamation cover was placed on the Cell 2 tailings management cell starting in April 2016
and was completed on April 20, 2017. Per the SCA, an as-built report for the Phase 1 cover construction must
be provided to DWMRC within 90 days after completion of construction of the Phase 1 cover.
This letter transmits the White Mesa Uranium Mill Cell 2 Phase 1 Cover As-Built Report. For your
convenience, two sets of hard copies and two CDs, each containing a word searchable electronic copy of the
file, will be sent via express delivery.
