The Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control has completed its review of the Energy Fuels
Resources May 2,2016 Transmittal of Revised Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasures Plan
(SPCC) and Revised Stormwater Best Management Practices Plan (SWBMPP) for the White Mesa
Uranium Mill. The transmittal includes redline strikeout and clean versions of each document.
Based on the review, it appears that all of the changes made were appropriate. The revised SPCC and
SWBMPP are hereby approved.
