Dear Ms. Weinel:
On June 16, 2015, the Utah Division of Radiation Control (DRC) conducted an inspection of
disposal operations for 1 le.(2) byproduct material at the White Mesa Uranium Mill.
The inspection performed on the above referenced date did not reveal incidents of noncompliance
with either the RML or Standard Operating Procedure No. PBL-10.
In consideration of the findings enumerated above, the inspection conducted on February 6, 2015
