Pursuant to the Utah Division of Radiation Control's ("DRC's") letter dated June 16, 2014, Energy Fuels
Resources (USA) Inc. ("EFRI") is providing notification of field activities associated with Roberts Pond Action
Plan at the White Mesa Mill (the "Mill"). The Mill plans to begin the field activities on Monday, July 14, 2014.
Field activities will be conducted as described in the Roberts Pond Action Plan, which was approved by DRC in
the June 16, 2014 letter. The field activities will continue as needed to meet the requirements of the Roberts
Pond Action Plan.
