SUBJECT: January 21, 2011 General Surety Rider Executed by Denison Mines (USA) Corp as
Principal and National Union Fire Insurance Company as Surety;
Approval of Evidence of Surety, and Authorization to Operate Tailings Cell 4B
We received the subject January 21, 2011 General Surety Rider as evidence of surety for the approved
updated surety amount of $18,777,388. As a result, the requirements for the financial surety updating
under License Condition 9.5 have been met through March 4, 2011. This evidence of surety is hereby
approved.
All known items, needing resolution prior to beginning the operation of Cell 4B, now appear to be
completed; therefore we hereby authorize DUSA to operate newly constructed Cell 4B.
